Yesterday at about 4:15 EST, I stopped recieving any data at all from my Zen data feed. I repaired the database, stopped and starting the connection several times, restarted the machine also. There is no errors in the logs (it just says I am connected to Zen) and NT shows I am connected, but I get no current data. I have also checked my username/pwd and this is current.

I did run a tracert from my machine and got the following:

Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]

Trace complete.

So it would seem to me there is something seriously wrong at Zen somewhere as there is no path to their servers anymore.

Hello dnoff,

I just tested the Zen-Fire connection on my end and received data for the ES 03-09 and NQ 03-09 as expected.

Are you still unable to receive data?

If so, try removing the current connection at Tools-->Account Connections and create a new one.

Thanks for thye update. I tried doing this (removing the current connection and adding a new one) and the data is still "hung".

Any other thoughts?

Hello dnoff,

Data is not streaming since it is Saturday.
