Ciao Dierk
I do not remember where, but surely to ninja website, that symbols "running" on the market analyzer are directly stored as realtime data, for example, I usually trade Eurex, but during the pm I like to plot Eminis, so to provide data continuity I insert into market analyzer all symbols...
Thanks in advance

Still not sure what you mean.
Are your looking for backfill data to fill gaps while you are disconnected? Then you need to subscribe to a data provider like DTN or eSignal or if you are with ZenFire then their backfill data comes for free.
This issue then would not be related to market analyzer or charts, but would be a general one.

OK,
symbols into MarketAnalyzer should be stored in the same manner as a realtime chart, I've seen this feature to your website, but I didn't remember where.
Zen-fire as feed.... I really didn't find nothing about it, no documentation, nothing about cost, fees and other stuffs.
Let me know

Dierk,
I think support should be to the forum, it's not necessary a phone contact,
1st it's importanto to me to understant more about Market analyzer, if this tool is opened and symbols are running in realtime, Ninja do store data from that?
If not I think I need holidays....:D
Thanks for your patiente,

Market analyzer is not any different than e.g. charts as is goes to
- managing backfill data
- recording realtime data (Tool->Options->Data->Store real-time bar data)
Please contact our support as per below if you have any futher questions.
