Inaccurate P&L and Messed up Order execution

Hi,

I'm using Ninja Trader with Trading Technologies.

I have been comparing the P&L with that of my daily statements, and the difference is becoming wider and wider.

Sometimes at the execution page, there are order entries that I haven't executed.

This started when I removed an entry at 12:04AM and manually added the same entry at 11:59PM so that my P&L starts from 0 the next day. Now everything is messed up. When I generate execution results for a certain day, say 25/2/2009, there is executions from 23, 24.

Would like to know how to rectify this.

Do you leave TT connected overnight?



Have you repaired you database? If not please do so by using the instructions provided:

• Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
• From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
• Select the "Misc" tab
• Press the "Repair DB" button

Hi there,

Yea, I trade overnight occasionally. I've tried that already.

On my execution page for today, I have 15-20 or so trades at 8:48:32am and a lot other bogus execution entries.

Is there anything else I can do to rectify this?
