How would you take order modification fees into account.
Say you have a profitable strategy, if you keep on changes the target and stop levels it can eat away at your profit performance

Who charges you modification fees? For what instrument?

I thought Eurex chares for order modification and IB passes it on?

only after 10+ changes? Don't quote me on that. There is no way to account for this in NT.

Here is something that was sent to me via a user -

"When I trade the DAX, IB passes on the Eurex modification fees of 0.50 EUR per modification. Each filled order in the same day receives a credit of 2.50 EUR against this fee. Definitely do not want to use trailing stops that adjust frequently on Eurex."

Thats what I was refering to. It seems then that you can change an order 5 times then? But you are right about trailing stops. Not a big issue since its pretty easy to change the stop manually in NT
