I do not seem to be able to enter more than one strategy at a time on the superdom.

When I try and enter a second strategy(espeically if one strategy is already active) I have to enter it as a "none" strategy and then manually enter stops and targets?

Is there a way around this? Should I maketwo identical strategies with different names eg A and B strategy to get around this?

Also If I want to have a stop limit order that needs lets say 500 contracts to trade before being sent, can this only be done as part of a strategy?

thanks

mike

Hello Mike:

Thank you for your post.

The SuperDOM window does allow you to have 2 working strategies at the same time in the same SuperDOM window. To execute this, right click on the SuperDOM and choose Properties > Strategy Selection Mode. Set Strategy Selection Mode to 'KeepSelectedStrategyonOrderSubmission'. More information can be found here:

NinjaTrader also allows you to place a volume trigger in your stop strategy, which isa set number of shares/contracts that once penetrated will trigger a stop order. More information can be found here:
