Trading based on 10 o'clock High/Low

I'm wondering if we can do this with NJ...

During a trading day, I want to capture the High and Low of the day at 10 o'clock.

Then, execute my trades based on the 10 o'clock High/Low.

This is possible in V6 which currently is in Beta. V6 has system development which will allow you to system trade.

Production release is scheduled at the end of February.
