I dont see an option in account setup for Ameritrade. How do I setup ?

Go to Help>License key. Do you see a license key that starts with @SIM? If so, please go to your firewall and allow NT access to the internet.

Ben, thanks I got it now. Can I execute trades through ninja to Ameritrade though?

If you have a live license key, yes you can. If do not, you can only place sim trades.
