No data shown with Ameritrade

Hi,

I added some stocks to the MA and connected to Ameritrade but no data is shown in the MA, when I switch to Yahoo I do get the data, I have basic columns: Netchange, LastPrice, High, Low, Volume.

I have no problem openning charts with the Ameritrade connection.
what can it be?

Can you please wait for a few moments to check if the data will be loaded in the Market Analyzer.

Am I correct you do receive data for these stocks in the Control Center as well?

If possible, please post a screenshot of the Market Analyzer including the Control Center that does receive data for one of the stocks selected in Market Analyzer as well.

Try creating an additional instrument list in the Instrument Manager for the stock in question and add the instrument list in the Market Analyzer and check if you receive data.

I have no stocks in the Control Center, I get the data for the charts.

Unfortunately I could not verify if you were receiving real-time data in the chart; I could only see historical data.

Check if you receive Last Price in the Control Center for any of the stocks. Set Type to <Stock> and type in the stock symbol under Name and hit Enter.
