Where's the horizontal pending, entry and exit lines?

I've been staring at the properties dialogue for ages now, trying to find the option to turn them on but just can't seem to find it.

Where are the horizontal pending order, entry and exit lines that appear on bar charts when you place orders?

Enable Chart Trader, icon on tool bar or under Chart Properties.

I'm sorry, mine doesn't seem to have any of those options in the properties dialog. Chart trader is enabled, thats the one in the "General" tree?

In NT 5, there is a Chart Trader tree which has options to change all the colours for the lines on your limit, entry and exit etc...

If I turn on my account, the horizontal lines appear now, but in Sim they don't.

Is this normal?

When chart trader is enabled, the control shows up on the right side of the chart. Right click on the chart trader control to display the Properties sub menu, what you are looking for is there. Orders and positions show up only for the account selected.
