Error When Loading Chart

I am getting recently this error a lot:

Unable to load chart data. Please retry and report this error to Ninjatrader customer support: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Can you advise what this means?

The error indicates chart data is corrupted in the database. Please go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Repair DB.

Open up a new chart for the same instrument and the error message should not persist.
