Uable to connect due to internet connection or parametres????

Hello,

Can you please tell me why i keep getting this message every time I try to connect: Login failed: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection.

My internet connection is fine, what do you mean by parameters?

Which broker / datafeed are you trying to connect?

By parameters we mean the entries and options you selected in the account connection setup process.
