Problems With Real Time Range Bars

For some reason over the last few days I am having major problems with range bars...

Range bar charts are what I trade and now I open my two charts for the two stocks I trade and they work fine , but if I open any other charts the range bars will not plot, they just show a bar moving for the entire day in one spot...

If i try and open a different ticker in a chart which is plotting range bars correctly it will not work either, then if I put the other stock ticker back in it will work fine...

I use IB data, and if I connect to barcharts then everything is fine, and on top of that if I then diconnect barcharst feed from NT everything will work through IB unless I cancell a chart and try to reopen it the range bars will not plot again...

I have no clue as to why this has started and I am looking to cancell bacharts and just use IB data to save some money...

Unfortunately we do not support tick data from IB, which range bars are created with.

dang, i just canclled my barcharts feed,

O well, let me see if they will reinstate it without all the paperwork....
