Indicators change after I reopen Ninja

On Ninjatrader charts I have several indicators on a chart at once, several are from Ninja from indicators themselves, another one is a commercial one that is added to a chart. whenever I close out Ninja and reopen it, there will always be one or two charts where the indicators are no longer in the same place, .

Is this caused by the data provider (the data shifting beteween openings of Ninja) Ninja or the outside technical indicator?

What can I do to prevent this?

Please attempt to recreate this minus the 3rd party indicator then let me know what occurs when doing so.
