NinjaTrader won't install. All versions are affected. I get a "PublicKeyToken" error message. See attached .png file for error message.

I am unsure why you have seen this problem, we have never seen this one but by the looks of it you are trying to install an incredibly old release. Can you try installing the latest version from our website? 5.2.1000.5

Hi,
I just tried to install the latest version again. I received the error message below first. Then, when I clicked on "OK", I got the error message that I sent before.
I have tried uninstalling the prior version, deleting the directory, running a registry cleaner, restarting my computer, etc.

You first need to make sure old NT5 is uninstalled, and then we take it from there.
Please go to control panel and try to uninstall the old NT5 version.

Everything NT is uninstalled, directory deleted, registry cleansed. Still the same error messages and failed install.

Ok, after you cleaned out old NT5 as advised below do this:
- please clear browser cache (different from browser to browser)
- download installer file again
- if issue persist, I suggest trying a different browser
