NT was working fine on Friday but today (Monday):

licences (NT& Dorman) had to be re-entered; then
cannnot use already created charts because workspaces will not open
new charts when created are blank-looks like no data availableThanks in advance

Can you please tell me what happens upon opening a workspace via File-->Workspaces-->Open Workspace. Do you receive an error message?

Make sure the lower left corner of the Control Center states "Connected - *connection name*" in green.

Did you receive an error upon re-entering the license key?

Could it be NinjaTrader is installed on a network drive? If so, please follow the instructions at the link below.

Thanks Jason: meanwhile I've uninstalled/reinstalled & hope this works. I am now getting data thru on bar charts. However the fin-alg TPO indicator no longer shows.

FYI yes I was connected (green) & failure to open workspace was indicated by a request to send files to NT (done). No error notice on entering licence N° & I am not on a network.

I suspect you deleted the third party indicator when uninstalling NinjaTrader. I suggest to contact the vendor to re-install it.
