can't connect using my Gain account info

I can not get Ninja Trader to connect to Gain's data feed. I'm using the correct acct number and password for my Gain acct.

Any suggestions?

Ben,

Did open a GAIN account to be usedwith NinjaTrader? If not, you would need to sign some paperwork to enable your account to be used with NinjaTrader. You can email dan@ninjatrader.com (mailto:dan@ninjatrader.com) to facilitate this.

Yes, I did open my Gain acct for Ninja - the email I received with my Nija license key contains instructions for setting up gain as my data feed.
