feature request - money management

since ninja script is supporting full auto trading, I would like to suggest a feature I think is important in money management.

If we can set 1-100% of account equity to trade that will be good. especially useful for fx where sometimes we buy/sell euros, sometimes usd.

fixed % per trade is good enough for a start!
