Is there a way to view more than one Workspace at the same time?

Unfortunately this is not supported. You can have workspaces running in the background by openeing a new workspace while already having a workspace opened. You can switch between workspaces by selecting the workspace running in the background at File-->Workspaces-->below "Save Workspace As".

Note, workspaces running in the background will request data and memory as well.
