Autotrading & broker resets when holding overnight positions

I use IB and every night around midnight they reset. From what I understand one has to relaunch IB's TWS and then reconnect to IB with Ninjatrader.

My question is if my strategy is holding positions overnight, will it continue to work as if nothing happened? I make my trades during regular trading hours so I'm not trading during the night, but I need Ninjatrader to exit my open positions when appropriate. If the strategy doesn't keep track of these then I'd have to exit them myself..

You will need to start your strategy and sync it market position vs. strategy position using the methods within this link:

Do you have broker partners that do not have a daily reset?

Off the top of my head, Zen-Fire technology does not have a server reset.

I did some research.. If I am successful in getting my strategy to work then I will open an account with Mirus. Thanks for the info.
