Tried to send mail to support via:

Control center_Mail to support...

Received error message:

Failed to send mail

The message could not be sent to the SMTP server. The transport error code was 0x80040217. The server response was not available.



What does this mean?

Hi Jason,

We are aware of this and it is on the list to get fixed. In the mean time you can send a regular email to support@ninjatrader.com (mailto:support@ninjatrader.com)

If you want to attach log files, you can find them here:

C disk--> Program Files--> NinjaTrader5--> Log
