Re-download, re-install, re-subscribe

I just returned from a lengthy break to find that my trading computer has self-destructed. I can copy files, but can't run from it.

I want to install either that or a new copy on a new computer, but I can't find the codes on the old one...

What do I need to do?

I assume you mean your license key? Can you send an email to support@ninjatrader.com (mailto:support@ninjatrader.com) and include the name your license is registered under? We will then reply with your license key.
