Static superDOM dissapeared

Hi,

I've just purchased ninja and entered the new licence key, plus configured the pfg live connection. but for some reason, now I try to open a static DOM and there's no longer that option on the drop down menu, only the dynamic DOM appears.
I've changed the license key back to the sim one to see if it was that, and it was. On the sim license key I do have the option of a static DOM but I don't on my purchased one (!?).

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

You are correct it is your license.

I have forwarded the ticket you sent in to sales and they should be able to fix your license.

I will send another note to insure they get you a response.
