Is some week i not use NT, I'm connecting now and receive this error:

(never received previously)



"Login failed: Unable to login, error 7: invalid login, no such user."



Help please.

Hi Bunker,

Please contact your broker/FCM regarding thisissue. It means that they do not have your account correctly configured.

Also, you are using an exteremely outdated version of NT. I highly suggest uninstalling your current version and updating to the latest 5.2.1000.4 available from our website.
