60% of Instruments are not receiving data feed

Am getting Currencies on Globex, Commodities on ECBOT.....Cannot get any QM on Globex or Nymex. Cannot get FDAX or any LIFFE data. Have tried all known symbols .

Working with a TT feed...



Getting Market Data request refused: Unknown Instrument Error in log...any ideas?

Make sure your broker has authorized your account to trade the symbols you are requesting market data for. If not, you will get this error.

Made sure of it..thought that was the problem, like maybe they had not swithched over when I went to Ninja...I can get ones I am not authorized for ( Swiss Franc, Emini MId Cap ) but not FDAX, QM,MCU, MCP, FESX ...alll of which I am authorized and can get through my Xtrader platform......any other ideas? Thanks again

You can only get data forsymbols you are authorized for. Please send a note to support@ninjatrader.com (mailto:support@ninjatrader.com) and reference this post. Someone will get in touch with you Monday morning.
