Hi I have followed your instructions for using TS to feed data into NT but I still do not get any data in the superdom.

I have tried all the symbols for the YM from sept to dec 06 but get not data or in the ES and others.

I did not have this problem before but have been away for a while.



any suggestions?

Hi Mike,



Check that you are not using the continuous contract, whichis represented by an @ symbol in the TS chart. If the TS Chart symbol has an @ sign, then Right Click in the TS Chart, select Format Symbol andchange the contract name. (i.e. @ES should be ESZ06 for December e-mini S & P's). Check also that you have the lead month in SuperDOM.



Also, ensure you insert the Strategy (steps in Account Setup Guide) andhave the correct symbol mapping in NinjaTrader Instrument Manager\Misc.(more on symbol mapping in the Account Setup Guide)

many thanks that is the answer. perhaps you might consider putting in that gem about the contract ie not @ym but ymz06 in the information.

Thanks for your suggestion.I have included a link from the Set Up Guide to a location in our Help Doc that illustrates how to properly map both continuous and non continuous contracts.
