Revers at stop

Hi,
a have got a problem with revers position at stop loss of open position...

I have got open long position (with ATM - SL, PT).
Now I would like to place a new stop order to short (revers) to the place, where is stop order of open long position.
But after the execution of stop order of open position, sometimes the new stop order to short is canceled... or executed but without ATM (SL, PT).
Where is a problem?

Hello coochi,

Please re-select your ATM strategy in the ATM strategy drop down menu after you are in a position with your ATM strategy. Submit a stop market or stop limit order in the sell column (when long) at the price of your stop loss.

When you stop loss is hit, you should now be in a reverse position with a stop loss and profit target.
