Moving Avg/CCI Strategy

Using the above multi colored ma indicator but as follows:

Longs: Set-Up - Price above a rising 40SMA and 89SMA
and CCI (14) dips down below -120 and turns up back up above
-120
and 10SMA turns green
Enter- on green candlestick close above 10sma

Can anyone automate this???
