I am a licensed user of NT Single Broker. There is a pretty good chance I am going to switch from MB Trading to Spike. Other than the logon and PAT-specific info my broker sends me, do I have to re-download NT to have a Patsystems-compatible version? I can't find anything in the setup that lets me load a Patsystems-compatible broker info.

Thanks for any info.

Savage,

There is no need to uninstall and re-install NT when you switch brokers. The only difference will be that your licensethen will be compatible for Pats and not for MBT anymore. So Pats is available as a datafeed provider and MBT not.

So I would just request that you change my license when I was ready to go?

Correct. Just send a note to support or to sales and then let us know you want to start using your Pats brokerage account and we will make the switch on our end.

Vincent or Josh:

I have basically the same question as Savage's, but instead of switching my life-time single-broker lic. from MBT to Spike, I'm planning to switch from my IB Brokerage to IB IRA. How do I go about doing this? Thx.

PS: Please keep up the excelent services that both of you are providing for us "ninjas.":)

Hello,

Have you tried to set it up using Tools>Account connections>Add?

We are no familiar with that IB account type.
