ICE Russell 2000 with Global Futures

I have asked my broker and my tech support person at Global Futures why and when Global Futures will support the ICE version of the Russell 2000 (TF) on Ninjatrader and so far I am unable to get an answer for either one of those questions. They just keep telling me to use their Turbo Trader 2 platform.

From the NinjaTrader side of the problem, can you shed any light on what is going on? Why would Turbo Trader 2 support TF but not Ninjatrader?

What my understanding is, is that RCG, who I suspect you clear through currently does not support TF/ICE. This is the limitation.
