I have been on a 1 week trial of KwikPop with the latest version on NT. All was well until about a hour ago. Got an error message that the password was incorrect and had to do a hard shutdown of NT cause it was not responsive. Now when I try to start the program it locks up and says not responding.

Could you please send me your log and trace file for yesterday to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com. You can find these files at the following locations:
Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Log--> log.20080922 for yesterday. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)
Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Trace--> trace.20080922 for yesterday. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
