Hello!
Today a friend of mine, using ninjatrader as well, and i telephoned and talked about the fdax 30 tick chart and surprisingly we found out that we had different chart pattern (candlesticks) at exact the same time. How can that be?
Kind regards

Hello Eberhard,
Were you using different data feeds or chart settings? If so, please see the link below.

Please right click in the chart and select "Reload Historical Data". Check if the charts resemble.
Make sure the same session begin and end times are used as well as the look back period.

For your two charts to be the same you will need to use the same Session Times and Update Interval times. Otherwise the data maybe different. Took us a while to figure that one out. If your computer is freezing or slowing especially in these crazy times with the incredible volume set your Update Interval Times to a higher number or have your indicators Calculate On Close Only

It seems when you collect real-time data from your data feed, it produces different data. Could it be one of you uses a tick filter enabled under Tools-->Options-->Data-tab?
Make sure both computers have their PC clock synched, so both are on the exact same time.
