NinjaTrader performs license verification upon application start up. This process determines what NinjaTrader Edition you are authorized for and checks the expiration date of your subscription.
If your subscription is valid and the license verification process fails you should check on the following things -
- Make sure any firewall software you have installed on your computer has granted NinjaTrader the ability to access the internet
- Make sure any anti-virus software is not preventing NinjaTrader from accessing the internet
- Make sure that any ad blocking/pop-up blocker software is not preventing NinjaTrader from accessing the internet
- Make sure that you have correctly entered your license code via the menu Help-->Set License in the NinjaTrader Control Center window
- Make sure that you or any other application is not re-directing http requests from port 80 to another port.
