Will you continue to support NinjaTrader 6.5?
NinjaTrader 7 is our current production release and future development will be focused on this version however, at this time we have no plans to restrict access of NinjaTrader 6.5 with the following understanding.
- Bugs reported in NinjaTrader 6.5 will not be fixed.
- Technical support for NinjaTrader 6.5 will be provided for the foreseeable future.
- NinjaTrader has external dependencies such as the Microsoft Windows Operating System, 3rd party code libraries and brokerage/market data vendor API’s that are outside of our control. It is expected that overtime; these dependencies will become outdated and/or will no longer be supported by their respective vendors and have the potential to adversely affect the operation of NinjaTrader 6.5.

How do I activate live trade execution?
The live trading version of NinjaTrader is identical to the free version with the only exception that live trade execution is enabled. There is no need to download a different version, just follow these steps if you would like to enable live trade execution.
1. Click on the purchase link, locate and select your desired purchase option.
NinjaTrader uses PayPal as our preferred payment processor. If you do not want to use PayPal and would rather pay directly by credit card, please send an email to sales@ninjatrader.com with your phone number and a convenient time for us to call for your purchase. There is a six month minimum subscription period for credit card orders.
2. Once you have purchased, a live license key will be emailed to you.
3. Make sure you have created a broker connection, instructions are included in the license key email
4. Connect to your broker connection and you can start to execute live trades
That’s all it takes to go from simulated to live trading!

How do I cancel my auto-renewing subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are absolutely no refunds for any time remaining on your subscription under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to your next automatic billing date. You can review our cancellation policy here.

How do I upgrade to a lifetime license?
Please send an email to sales@ninjatrader.com with your phone number and a convenient time for us to call to process your order. We will prorate and refund the balance of your current subscription or lease against the cost of the lifetime license. You can use any major credit card for the purchase.

How do I upgrade to a multi-broker license?
You can upgrade NinjaTrader to be Multi-Broker enabled at any time. Simply purchase and send an email to sales@ninjatrader.com with your license key informing us of your intent and we will refund any time remaining on your current purchase.

How do I switch technologies?
Changing brokers is easy and best of all, it will not cost you a penny! Simply send an email to sales@ninjatrader.com along with your license key and broker technology you wish to change to.

How do I enable a static SuperDOM?
If you would like to use a static SuperDOM which is subject to Trading Technologies (TT) licensing fees, please send an email to sales@ninjatrader.com with your request. You will also need to purchase TT transaction below.

How do I purchase TT Transaction Credits?
Click on the link below, enter your license key in the field appropriate for the amount of credits you wish to purchase, and then click on the "Order Now" button.
PURCHASE TT TRANSACTION CREDITS
If you wish to purchase via telephone, please send an email to sales@ninjatrader.com with your phone number and a convenient time for us to call to process your order. There is a $200 minimum purchase requirement and a 10% service charge.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you are signed up for an auto-renewing subscription to NinjaTrader using PayPal it is important to understand that this is an auto-renewing subscription. You are authorizing PayPal to make quarterly payments to NinjaTrader every 3-months until your subscription is cancelled. If you decide to end your NinjaTrader subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel the subscription. Once your subscription is cancelled your license key will expire at the end of the given subscription period, there are NO refunds given for unused time on a subscription.
If you purchased a NinjaTrader semi-annual or annual fixed lease license, the license will expire at the end of the lease period. The NinjaTrader software will notify you 5-days in advance of subscription expiration that you need to renew your lease to keep your license active.
